    Kering Group is in a key transformational period, setting up a new organization in place, equipped to achieve its ambitious targets and priorities. Within the recently created Client division, the Marketing & Media teams are focusing on productivity to drive further efficiency & effectiveness.

    In order to achieve this objective, Kering is currently searching for a Head of  Media Trading to integrate the Kering Media HQ team.

    Your opportunity

    One of Kering Media team’s key mission is to support the brands on several key priorities including Media Strategy, Planning, Buying and Effectiveness.

    We are looking for a Head of Media Trading with 15+ years experience, preferably agency side or brand, reporting into the Media Director. You will work in close collaboration with the Media teams centrally and locally, brands, media partners, and media agencies.

    How you will contribute

    Define and lead Group media buying strategy & framework to deliver Kering a real competitive advantage in terms of value delivery: media costs, premium visibility, access to innovation, added values etc

    Lead partners negotiations across all media types and all markets worldwide (40+), including management of global JBPs -Joint Business Partnerships-, along with global & local deals

    Build and foster solid collaboration & partnerships with key stakeholders including the media agency, media partners, and also internally at Kering with Procurement & Legal teams

    Monitor Partnership & Trading advancements across markets and partners (deliver frequent investment reporting & analysis, organize regular meetings including QBRs -quarterly business reviews-)

    Monitor Group & Brands spends against key competitors per media partners (quantitative & qualitative analysis)

    Lead media investments audits: Productivity, Cost benchmarks, AVBs, Contract compliance

    Be the ambassador of Kering Media and strengthen Kering’s influence and establishment as a key player in the industry

    Who you are

    Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

    Excellent negotiations and analytical skills

    Strong media partners network already established with a trustful & recognized relationship

    Solid knowledge of media channels and media agency ecosystem

    Strong leadership, autonomous, rigorous, collaborative, reliable

    Past experiences as Trading Lead in agency for global clients (or client side)

    English is mandatory, French and Italian are a plus

    Luxury/Retail business knowledge and affinity are a plus
