KERING Network Engineer

Contexte du poste

Dans le cadre du renforcement de l’équipe réseau North Europe, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Réseau Senior orienté RUN et Events, intervenant comme référent technique opérationnel aux côtés du Team Leader North Europe.

Le poste est exclusivement technique, avec une forte implication dans la conception des solutions, leur mise en œuvre et la gestion des incidents dans des environnements critiques.

 Missions principales

 RUN & Exploitation Réseau

• Assurer la disponibilité, la performance et la stabilité des infrastructures réseau (LAN / WAN / WIFI).
• Gérer le RUN au quotidien :
  • Prise en charge et résolution des incidents
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Mise en place d’actions correctives et préventives
• Participer à l’amélioration continue des environnements et procédures RUN.
• Maintenir et mettre à jour la documentation technique (procédures, standards, HLD / LLD).

 Events Réseau (Solutions / Installation / Incidents)

• Proposer les solutions techniques adaptées aux events réseau (ouvertures de sites, événements business, projets ponctuels).
• Réaliser l’installation, la configuration et la mise en production des infrastructures réseau liées aux events.
• Assurer la gestion des incidents pendant les events :
  • Diagnostic
  • Résolution
  • Support technique
• Garantir la stabilité et la performance du réseau pendant toute la durée des events.
• Contribuer aux retours d’expérience et aux améliorations post-event.

• Rigueur, autonomie et sens du service
• Bonne communication technique avec les équipes IT et partenaires

 Langues

• Anglais professionnel requis (écrit et oral)

 Contraintes du poste

• Astreintes et horaires décalés possibles, notamment lors d’incidents critiques ou d’events réseau.
• Déplacements ponctuels en Europe.

 Profil recherché

• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant qu’Ingénieur Réseau
• Expérience confirmée en RUN et gestion d’incidents
• Très bonne maîtrise des environnements Cisco et Fortinet
• Habitué aux environnements internationaux et exigeants
• Forte orientation opérationnelle et technique

 Position Context

As part of the reinforcement of the North Europe Network team, we are looking for a Senior Network Engineer focused on RUN and Events, acting as an operational technical reference alongside the North Europe Team Leader.

This is a fully technical role, with strong involvement in solution design, implementation, and incident management within critical environments.

Main Responsibilities

RUN & Network Operations

• Ensure the availability, performance, and stability of network infrastructures (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi).
• Manage day-to-day RUN activities:
  • Incident handling and resolution
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of RUN environments and procedures.
• Maintain and update technical documentation (procedures, standards, HLD / LLD).

Network Events (Solutions / Deployment / Incidents)

• Design and propose technical solutions adapted to network events (site openings, business events, ad-hoc projects).
• Perform the installation, configuration, and production deployment of network infrastructures related to events.
• Handle incident management during events:
  • Diagnosis
  • Resolution
  • Technical support
• Ensure network stability and performance throughout the duration of events.
• Contribute to post-event reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

 Job Constraints

• On-call duty and non-standard working hours may be required, especially during critical incidents or network events.
• Occasional travel within Europe.

 Profile Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer
• Proven experience in RUN operations and incident management
• Strong expertise in Cisco and Fortinet environments
• Experience working in international and demanding environments
• Strong operational and technical focus
