Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Job Family Description -Retail Operations:
Supports the sales process – puts displays in place, keeps stock level inventory, payment transactions, fitting or garment alterations.
Sub-Job Family Description - Tailor:
Carries out fittings, takes measurements and makes alterations to ensure a perfect fit for clients. Provides guidance to clients on style and fit.
Regional Tailor
Role Mission
The Regional Tailor reports to the Retail Director and is based in a Brioni Store (only when he/she is functioning as store tailor he/she reports to the Store Manager). He/she is a travelling tailor in support of all the retail and franchising stores of the region for their VIP Home Service, Seasonal Trunk Shows and Events. Alongside, he/she partners with Retail Excellence Department to deploy training programs on Bespoke, Sartorial Culture and Techniques to the Sales Team and Store Tailors.
Key accountabilities
- Providing tailoring service for regional Trunk Shows and being responsible for the coordination of such events, organized according to the commercial calendar, and working strictly with Retail and Wholesale departments
- Providing tailoring service for private VIP appointments in the Region, coordinating with the Retail Manager
- Coordinating Home service activities as main person involved
- Coaching and developing Head Tailors, dotted line reporting to this position
- Partnering with Regional Directors to develop business opportunities and activities
- Partnering with the store to follow up with Production on the orders after trunk shows and VIP services, to ensure a successful result and smooth delivery to the client
- Supporting Bespoke training at the beginning of each season (prioritizing stores that do not have a Bespoke Ambassador) delivering dedicated training sessions on new fabrics technical aspects and fittings to the store team
- Commercially supporting Stores in the Region, delivering tailoring service on the floor, giving in-store training and coaching the team.
Key requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 5 years in managerial position in luxury boutiques
- Knowledge of high-end fashion field and current fashion trends
