    YOUR OPPORTUNITY The Talent Acquisition manages the full-cycle hiring process, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, and guide them through the interview and offer stages. Their primary goal is to attract, engage, and secure top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience as as we strive to deliver best-in-class talent acquisition to ensure the placement of the right people into the right roles.

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

    Recruitment strategy & execution

    • Understand the staffing and talent strategies to anticipate recruitment needs
    • Support with assessing how to provide the best service at optimal cost (sourcing tools, internal vs external talent pools, agency relationships)
    • Provide training to Hiring Managers to ensure alignment with the Brand recruitment strategies

    Recruitment and candidate experience 

    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles within the network from sourcing to the onboarding of successful candidates 
    • Be the champion user of the HR system for all recruitment activities
    • Provide support and coaching to hiring managers on the end-to-end recruitment process
    • Ensure candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including appropriate, timely and quality feedback and communication
    • Oversee the organization of the onboarding of new hires

    Talent Network

    • Create and maintain an external talent pipeline aligned with the business needs  
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of talent acquisition trends and solutions
    • Understand the industry trends to anticipate challenges and opportunities within the talent community

    Project work and improvement

    • Participate in HR and TA projects to constantly improve the recruitment strategy
    • Champion Diversity and Inclusion practices and support the role out of related initiatives
    • Contribute to defining a recruitment timeline for new store openings and ensure its effective implementation

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Proven ability to understand and execute a retail business recruitment strategy
    • Experience delivering in a high-volume, fast paced environment
    • Proven ability to source candidates and create a network
    • Experience being a key user of a recruitment database or HR system responsible for systems administration
    • Sourcing and Recruiting skills 
    • Ability to manage external partners
    • Ability to manage internal stakeholders  
    • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and tools (LinkedIn, job boards)
    • Knowledge of the challenges & opportunities in the field of recruiting for retail / fashion industry
    • MS Office proficiency 
    • Basic Coaching and facilitations skills
    COMPENSATION
    For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, BALENCIAGA includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled. 
    A reasonable estimate of the compensation range is $ $85,000 - $90,000 USD per year.
