As a Senior Client Advisor, you will deliver exceptional client experiences, drive strong sales results, and support the leadership team in the day-to-day operation of the boutique. Acting as the store supervisor in the absence of the Store Manager, you will play an important role in coaching and developing Client Advisors while building your own leadership capability.

Key Accountabilities
- Deliver best-in-class client service and luxury shopping experiences.
- Build, develop, and maintain a loyal client portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Lead by example and act as a role model for the team.
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team development.
- Supervise the store when the Store Manager is absent.
- Assist with stock management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and store administration.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and support team learning.

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.
- Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering exceptional service.
- Natural leadership qualities with experience mentoring or supporting colleagues. Previous management experience desirable.
