About the Role
The Visual Merchandiser will translate global brand guidelines into compelling in-store presentations, enhancing customer experience and driving sales. This role requires hands-on execution, collaboration with store teams, and the ability to adapt visual standards to the UAE luxury market.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement store layouts, window displays, and product placements tailored to the UAE luxury clientele.
- Ensure seasonal and campaign visual standards are maintained across all retail locations, adjusting for local trends.
- Conduct regular store audits and coach teams to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Lead visual merchandising initiatives, including new store openings, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to coordinate in-store promotional displays.
- Maintain dashboards to track visual compliance and KPI performance.
- Research competitor store layouts and trends to inform local visual strategy.
- Adapt global visual merchandising concepts and guidelines to local store configurations and regional requirements.
- Collaborate with distributors across the ME to ensure consistent execution of brand VM and provide guidelines on local adaptations.
- Oversee podium and activation adaptations, ensuring creative adaptations are aligned with brand identity.
- Work with agencies and suppliers to manage local production, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years’ experience in luxury or premium retail visual merchandising.
- Degree in Design, Fashion, Visual Merchandising, or Retail Management.
- Creative, detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.
- Strong communication and coaching skills to guide store teams.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to assess feasibility, review technical drawings, and ensure high-quality execution in line with brand standards.
- Proficiency in design and visual tools such as Photoshop, Ilustrator, PowerPoint, etc.
