Main Responsibilities
LUCE System Management & Administration
Coordinate and assist with LUCE project launch in implementing new digitalization processes in retail stores
Conduct in-store training and follow up with all stores to ensure the OMNICHANNEL IN-STORE CLIENT JOURNEY initiatives work effectively
Be responsible for managing and handling IT devices/tools related to LUCE
Provide regular reporting on LUCE usage and analysis on customer retention, segmentation, etc.
Client Engagement Activities Development & Optimization
Manage customer engagement activities including collecting customer profiles and feedback, handling customer gifts, etc.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and correctly within the specified/required timeframes
Event / Promotion / VIC Treatment support
Coordinate gifts development aligning with HQ direction & local celebrations
Based on regular performance analysis of VIC trend, provide support for clienteling with store teams to identify & develop VIC treatment plans
Key Experiences
Minimum 3 years of work experience preferably in retail industry
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred in one or more of the following degrees: Marketing, Business --Administration, Commerce, etc.
