Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description -E-Commerce: Enhances e-commerce business growth through the brand website. Ensures world-class e-commerce operations. Improves the customer experience as well as the ratio of revenue to net sales in e-commerce channels. Oversees e-marketing and CRM campaigns.

    We are currently seeking a Senior E-Commerce Officer who will report directly to the E-Commerce Manager as part of our dynamic Greater China team.

    Your opportunity

    The primary purpose of this position is to support the Wechat and Brand site E-business daily operations for China.

    How you will contribute

    • Assist team leader in managing Wechat and Brand site day-to-day operations and store activation with support from agency and headquarter, including but not limited to site traffic, page design, content update, PLP e-Visual Merchandising, assets management, and customer service enhancement.
    • Cooperate with internal marketing, merchandising, logistics, omnichannel, and  client service teams to execute business needs.
    • Work with the CRM team on customer data acquisition as well as using CDP platform to track eCRM KPI, and initiate the planning and coordination with both internal and external partners for loyalty program executions.
    • Monitor and provide the team with business reports and identify areas for improvement.
    • Follow up and manage all the digital assets and copy by working with the global creative / content team and regional marketing team.
    • Lead in creating and collecting routine IT Change Request wishlist, and follow up on IT project management including budget application, business request alignment, UIUX validation, and UAT process.
    • Manage the internal financial / legal / compliance process, including contract signature follow-up, the expense application process, legal and compliance validation, and third-party Fapiao follow-up.

    Who you are?

    • Prior experience in the Beauty/Cosmetic/Fashion/Luxury industry with brand site and WeChat mini program operation experience is preferred. Strong sense of eCRM for luxury brand is a plus.
    • 3-4 years minimum experience managing eCommerce accounts, have a general understanding of content management and order management systems.
    • Ability to manage and coordinate internal and external resources, providing briefings, monitoring implementation and tracking results.
    • Fluent English communication skills
    • Must have a high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
    • Able to work independently with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
    • Well-organized with an ability to multitask efficiently.
    • Team players possess a strong work ethic and drive for results.
