Job Family Group Description - Information Technology: Gathers jobs providing support to the business through IT services and expertise. Includes fields such as IT business solutions, data and infrastructure management and systems infrastructure. Job Family Description -Project Management: Coordinates IT projects for our company, through technical knowledge and experience. Analyses project owner requirements, designs the implementation proposal, and evaluates feasibility. Reports on progress and any issues. Is responsible for meeting quality, time, and budget targets and for managing associated risks.

SUMMARY This position is responsible for assisting our Project Director, Asia Pacific, and Assistant Project Manager in providing administrative support.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   

  • Provide administrative support for Store Planning Department
  • Contact with vendors on invoice matters if needed
  • Update and maintain data in the system
  • Assist in preparing reports or materials for presentation

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Higher Diploma or  above in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A good team player with excellent analytical, presentation and communication skill
  • A fast learner, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work 2-3 days per week
