Proposes and presents our brand products in a creative and innovative way. Reinforces bonds with regular clients, engages new clients and demonstrates internationally how we set trends.
Speciality Description - Client Engagement:
Fosters relationships with current and future clients, including celebrities, influencers and VIP customers. Identifies potential brand ambassadors. Looks after all aspects of the collaboration to ensure our brand value and image are accurately represented at an international level.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Cleansing & Validation: Scrutinize and clean large datasets from our CRM system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Data Entry & Enrichment: Accurately input and update client records, product information, and sales data, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
- Data Organization: Categorize and tag client information according to our internal classification requirements.
- Report Generation: Assist in creating standardized reports on FJ sales performance, client engagement, and so on
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
