    Bottega Veneta Korea e-Commerce is an important growth channel, requiring strong operational execution and data-driven insights to support sustainable online growth and prepare for future omnichannel development. The purpose of this role is to optimize e-commerce operations and campaigns in Korea, in close collaboration with internal teams and the HQ e-Commerce team, to drive e-commerce sales.

    The e-Commerce specialist at Bottega Veneta Korea is responsible for driving online sales growth and enhancing the digital customer journey. This position involves managing daily e-commerce activities, such as product launches, online strategies, and sales performance analytics. Also, e-Commerce specialist collaborates with internal teams and external partners to align local activities with Bottega Veneta global brand strategy. This role involves monitoring key performance indicators, refining marketing campaigns, and overseeing inventory levels to guarantee efficient operations and increased sales.

    Main Job Responsibilities

    Operations & Inventory Management

    • Manage daily e-commerce operations including order processing, returns, and customer service.
    • Operate and monitor key systems (e.g., SFCC, Power BI) to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Support inventory allocation, and replenishment processes for new collections and packaging materials, in close collaboration with HQ.
    • Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfilment, returns, and exchanges.
    • Monitor healthy stock level by liaising with HQ and supply chain stakeholders.
    • Provide prompt support on e-Commerce related topics upon inquired by local CS.

    E-Commerce Strategy & Project Execution

    • Prepare and manage daily and weekly sales performance reports for brand.com and marketplace channels.
    • Support monthly sales closing by validating data accuracy and ensuring alignment with internal reporting standards.
    • Monitor transactional flows and support compliance with brand policies and internal procedures.

    Campaign Management on brand.com & Kakao gift

    • Support planning and execution of e-commerce campaigns and performance marketing activities in coordination with HQ E-commerce and local media teams.
    • Ensure e-commerce content and merchandising are accurately executed on brand.com and Kakao Gift, aligned with campaign objectives.
    • Analyze campaign performance using GA and SFCC insights, reviewing campaign-driven traffic, on-site user behavior, conversion, and sales data.

    Reporting & Business Insights

    • Prepare and consolidate e-commerce performance reports on a regular basis, providing clear visibility on sales trends, stock levels, and key operational metrics.
    • Monitor sales and inventory performance, identifying potential risks or issues and escalating findings to management in a timely manner.

    Qualification

    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably at Luxury brands.
    • Fluent verbal and written communication both in Korean and English
    • Good understanding of digital marketing, online sales strategies.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

    Knowledge

    • Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining brand.com operations.
    • Solid knowledge of ecommerce platform or 3rd party marketplace operations
