    BOTTEGA VENETA HR Intern (6-12 months Contract)

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives, supporting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.

    How you will contribute

    • Talent Acquisition

      • Assist in talent acquisition process including job posting, resume screening through various channels, including local job boards and internal platform

      • Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
         

    • Employee Engagement

      • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work environment

      • Assist in organizing employee events, workshops, and team-building activities

      • Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and other tools to assess engagement levels

      • Create and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged
         

    • General HR Support

      • Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

      • Coordinate and schedule business meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

      • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required
         

    Who you are

    • 5 working days per week preferred

    • Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese which is a must

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources ( preferred) or other major  

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR practices

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

    • 6 months internship requests having valid work visa in HK

    • We will sponsor work visa for 12 months internship
