Job Family Group Description - Industrial Operations: This Job Family Group combines jobs in different industrial processes relating to product development, raw material research, product engineering, production management and quality assurance. Job Family Description - Product Quality, Care & Compliance: Coordinates quality check tests. Guarantees compliance for raw materials, production processes and finished garments following quality guidelines and norms. Participates in supplier approval processes and inspections. Ensures repairs on products that may have been returned with defects or other mechanical issues. Speciality Description - Product Care: Performs repairs or maintenance as needed for products that are identified as defective or whose quality has been degraded after delivery to the customer. Liaises with client services teams to identify and perform repairs as needed.
