Key responsibilities
1. Compensation
• Manage annual salary review and bonus processes, including planning, execution, and communication
• Develop and maintain compensation structures (salary bands, grading, job architecture)
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure external competitiveness
• Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and pay consistency
• Partner with managers (Office & Retail) on salary proposals, promotions, and compensation decisions
• Lead compensation-related projects and initiatives across the organization
2. Benefits
• Manage and administer employee benefits programs (insurance, allowances, wellness, flexible benefits, etc.)
• Monitor benefits utilization and cost efficiency, and propose improvements
• Support design and implementation of new benefits aligned with company strategy
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure service quality and compliance
3. Budget, Headcount & HR Control
• Prepare and manage the C&B budget, including headcount planning, cost forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Monitor personnel expenses and headcount evolution, ensuring alignment with approved budget and workforce plan
• Act as a key HR controlling partner by tracking labor costs, analyzing variances, and providing actionable insights
• Partner with HR and business leaders to control headcount, validate hiring requests, and ensure workforce efficiency
• Provide regular reports and dashboards on compensation, benefits, and headcount metrics
• Support strategic decision-making through data analysis, modeling, and workforce insights
4. Regulation & Compliance
• Maintain and update HR policies and work rules related to compensation and benefits
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal governance
• Manage labor-related agreements and support communication with employee representatives
• Support audits and internal reviews related to C&B
5. HR Projects
• Support global/group HR initiatives (Maison / Kering projects)
• Participate in internal HR transformation and communication projects
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
• Business-level English
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
