Role

As Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence for our Korea subsidiary. This position oversees the end-to-end supply chain process, from demand planning and inventory management to logistics coordination and compliance. You will act as a key liaison between our France headquarters, and local retail network, ensuring product availability while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Your mission is to deliver seamless supply chain operations that support our brand’s commitment to exceptional client experience and business growth in Korea.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock management

• Monitor and optimize stock levels across retail stores to prevent shortage or overstock.
• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and resolve discrepancies promptly, implementing preventive measures.

Demand & Supply Planning

• Collaborate with HQ to forecast demand and manage stock replenishment.
• Support new store openings, novelty product launches and regular model stock review with precise planning and timely execution.
• Ensure optimal stock availability at store level and securing on-time supply

Data Analysis

• Analyze sales performance, monthly needs based on back orders and market trends to anticipate demand and adjust inventory strategies proactively
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize stock allocation and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Provide timely reporting and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making

Logistics and Compliance 

• Overview inbound & outbound shipments, customs clearance, and ensure compliance with Korean regulations.
• Oversee the efficient management of CARNET stock, ensuring accurate tracking and timely.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to guarantee timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Process Optimization

• Identify root causes of operational errors and implement robust solutions to eliminate human error.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the supply chain.

Qualification & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related fiend within luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, BI tools, Anaplan) with the ability to translate data into clear presentations and actionable business strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build sustainable relationships with all types of profiles, externally and internally
• Excellent communication skills in English and Korean.
• Highly organized, strategic, and commercially driven, with a passion for product excellence.
• Responsible and hardworking and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making under uncertainty
• Degree holder.
