    GUCCI Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Director, South Asia & Pacific, the Visual Merchandising Coordinator plays a key role in the support on all visual merchandising matters within the SA&P region.

    Reporting & Communication

    • Consolidate and submit periodic VM reports and updates to Global Visual which includes:
    • Window & Lightboxes installation
    • Monthly VM rotation report
    • In-store Event & Activation VM setup report
    • Data management: maintain digital and physical archives of VM guidelines, reports and project documents in VM share drive
    • Share VM guidelines, Visual released and regional implementation report with VM team and all relevant departments
    • Support creating a regional VM guidelines and initiatives for roll-out to be shared with SAP VM team periodically

    VM Tools management

    • Coordinate placing Visual Tools orders collated from country VMs to Global VM production team and follow up the delivery status
    • Handle administrative tasks related to logistics for Window props/VM tools, e.g., shipping documentation in accordance with each country’s regulations, coordination with supply chain and local logistic teams
    • Support a distribution of VM tools and rebalancing tools from store to store, country to other countries if required
    • Update inventory list of VM tools per store, per market periodically

    Finance Administration  

    • Prepare, raise, and track Purchase orders related to VM projects
    • Ensure timely follow-up with vendors, finance and internal stakeholders
    • Maintain accurate records of all quotations, invoices and payment tracking

    Other supports  

    • Support special VM setup and monthly store setup for stores in Singapore
    • Assist in scheduling, preparing meeting notes, and follow-up action list for the VM team
    • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the Regional VM director

    Requirements  

    • Previous experience in administration, coordination or retail operations in luxury/fashion industry is preferred
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive attitude
    • Proficiency in MS office
    • Detailed-oriented with strong follow-up and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight deadlines
