Your opportunity
The After Sales team delivers exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding experience and meet customer expectations, aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and policies.
As an intern, you will support After Sales Operations, focusing on SEAO stores, and gain exposure to working within a diverse, multi-lingual, multi-category, and multi-brand environment.
How you will contribute
- Assist the After Sales team in managing service requests using the system tool for product damage claims, exchanges, and returns.
- Log, track, and update service cases accurately in the system.
- Communicate with brand stores regarding service updates, timelines, and next steps.
- Handle stakeholder enquiries through the service system.
- Support preparation of regular reports on common service issues, product recalls, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with 3PL and repair vendors at HQ for follow-ups on repairs and spare parts.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing on shared drives.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks related to the After Sales function.
Who you are?
- Currently pursuing undergraduate studies, preferably in Supply Chain or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, with good writing proficiency.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
