    How you will contribute

    • Collaborate with inhouse and vendor tech team to design and build scalable and maintainable systems on Alibaba Cloud, leveraging cloud technologies & programming languages such as Java, Nodejs, Python.
    • Refer to global guideline and existing tools, design and implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and DevOps processes.
    • Collaborate closely with vendor development teams for both micro-service and framework’s design, code and provide guides, training and governance to ensure the quality of deliverables.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of various database technologies, including relational, NoSQL databases and big data solutions, to optimize data storage and retrieval.
    • Ensure the highest level of code quality and performance, through hands-on coding, code reviews, and automated testing.
    • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring the team consistently delivers innovative and competitive solutions.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of java micro-service development experiences, and 2 years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology development lead role, including retail company experience (luxury retail is a plus).
    • Strong programming skills on Java, Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, Kubernetes, and Cloud development with high demand for code quality.
    • Strong product awareness and good ability to break down business requirements and demonstrated ability to solve complex problem from technical projects.
    • Solid understanding of Ecommerce system, CRM, WeChat & WeCom Eco. and retail business process.
    • Strong database skills, including experience with various database types such as relational, NoSQL, and big data solutions.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Vault, Sonar, JFrog, Docker, and Kubernetes.
    • Familiar with Kafka integration and deeply understand its mechanism.
    • Hands on experience on microservice platform deployment including end to end monitor solutions.
    • Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude, strong organizational skills.
    • Fluent in English in both oral and written is a must.
    • Passionate about good practices, clean architecture, and new technology.
    • Details oriented with a proactive approach, able to work on different tasks simultaneously.
