    Your opportunity

    As part of the Greater China Kering Technologies team, you will collaborate with Local/HQ Kering Technologies teams to collect business demands, responsible for system implementation, improvement, and support on day-to-day activity and support business partner across Greater China and brands on Omni Channel Sales and cross-functional requirements. The ideal candidate will be a technology solution manager, business analyst, market researcher, and operation supporter all rolled into one. This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute and shape the growth and success of our digital e-commerce platform.

    How you will contribute

    • Initiative/Demands
    • Consultant and executive to advise on tech solutions and review on integration details to help business team to leverage local digital ecosystems​ for Omni Channel Sales, including Official Website, WeChat Mini Program, WeChat Work (WeCom) Mini Program and other growing eco systems such as TMALL / JD, RED, Tik Tok etc.
    • Actively communicate with business team, Local/HQ Kering Technologies team to get alignment & support on initiatives/demands.

    • EC Tech Solution and Business Analyst
    • Responsible for tech solutions provided to support business demands, accountable as business partner and tech consultant.
    • Communicate with business team and product owner to understand and collect brand business needs.
    • Coordinate with business and product owner, to work on business strategy and roadmap planning.
    • Collaborate with product owner and business team on delivery priority according to delivery time and effort including cost.
    • Assume full responsibility of our e-commerce and omni channel solution design, ensure its architecture matching Kering technology vision and roadmap.
    • Collaborate with architecture team to ensure that solutions align with organizational goals.
    • Review vendor technical solutions on design and effort, responsible for development related cost review.
    • Manage vendor on documentations and development workflow and other standards, ensure the way of working is aligned with Kering Technologies approaches.
    • Manage risks for tech solutions, be aware of OS system, Database software end of life, upgrade, and other impacts.

    • Project Management
    • Collaborate with Local/HQ Kering Technologies to manage project with essential deliverables according to Kering Technologies process and local compliance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams/resources, keep all the stakeholders on the same page for planning, execution, and monitoring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
    • Manage changes requests to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
    • Review on vendor solution proposals, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.
    • Collaborate and ensure solutions are reliable on security aspect, execute pen-test for new project and existing solution regularly. .
    • Training and handover to Kering Technologies End User Support team after go-live

    • Market Researcher
    • Track the trend for tech solutions in the industry.
    • Perform valid and reliable solution research SWOT analysis.

    • Operation Supporter
    • Provide operational tech support to the project team.
    • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide technical support.
    • Manage day-to-day tasks of the project operations and ensure smooth running of the applications.

    Who you are

    • At least 5 years as IT and 2 years in large, complex, international environment
    • At least 3 years solid project experience in omni sales area, including WeChat, WeChat Work, TMALL, JD etc. Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
    • Solid project management experience especially in omni sales area
    • At least 1 years’ experience as a Tech solution manager or similar role in project management.
    • Agile project management experiences is a must
    • Hands on experience managing all stages of the project life cycle.
    • Strong sense of data privacy, cyber security, and compliance. 
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong Vendor management experience
    • Solid understanding on e-commerce industry best practice and technical landscape (e.g. PIM/DAM/OMS/WMS).
    • Solid technical capability on WeChat Eco system (WeChat/WeCom API) and system integration (Message queue(Kafka)/RESTful/ GraphQL API/ETL etc.)
    • Nico to have Cloud based Micro-service platform related tech stack experience and knowledge.
    • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence.
    • Well organized and able to work on own initiatives.
    • Good interpersonal skills, able to influence and engender collaboration. Ability to communicate complex problems in a non-technical and simplified manner.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English and Mandarin
    • Experience with Agile software development/ Devops is a plus
    • Professional certification in Project Management and/or Business Analysis (like PMP, PMI-PBA, etc.) would be an added advantage.
    • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field. MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
    • Retail experience in luxury apparel is a plus
