    We are currently seeking an Assistant Area Sales Manager Travel Retail to join our Travel Retail team to support the development & execution of the customers short- and long-term strategy to achieve business objectives and effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders/ teams.

    How you will contribute

    • Sales Development & Operations
    • Assist to develop & grow current TR Markets in Asia Pacific Region to reach sales target & ensure the implementation of sales strategy
    • Build and nurture strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth
    • Control & follow the purchase orders working closely with customer services team
    • Support seasonal sales campaigns & OTB Discussion
    • Manage brand ambassador with incentive management
    • Provide Sales admin and operational support to ensure smooth operations 
    • Partner with Trade Marketing to drive the planning of all marketing initiatives

    • Merchandising Planning/Assortment
    • Regularly assess stock levels and propose adjustments to optimize the sales
    • Prepare account-specific analysis and supporting documentation as needed
    • Partner with clients to ensure the stock pipeline & proper delivery management
       
    • Reports and Analyses
    • Conduct monthly analysis reports, including monthly sell-in, sell-out and inventory data 
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure product mix remains relevant.
    • Conduct other ad-hoc analyses and support on presentation materials as required.
    • Provide admin and operational support, including after sales support, training, packaging order, visual merchandising, logistics and legal compliance, marketing event execution

    Who you are

    • Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • 3-5 years experience working in sales, preferably with key account management/ working in premium category/ cosmetic industry
    • Experiences in wholesale and/or retail environment ideally with regional exposure
    • APAC market knowledge is a plus
    • Mandatory to speak English & Chinese, Fluency in both spoken and written
    • In-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, Power Point, Word)
