We are currently seeking an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager who will report to Head of Marketing & E-commerce, China in Kering Eyewear China.
Your opportunity
The potential candidate will capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
• Develop LND annual Event & Trade marketing strategy with the guidance of HQ’s annual marketing & communication plan
• Maintain smooth communication with all local and global stakeholders to ensure smooth launch and effective execution.
• Work closely with SDV and sales team, to develop category/brand instore experience and drive customer engagement
• BTL Budget management: be responsible for manage the budget planning, allocation and tracking. Setting clear KPI, drive and improve the business effectiveness
• Develop local VM guideline and work closely with sales team to ensure in-store execution.
• Trade marketing operation: manage all trade related operation process. Track status and push for OTIF delivery. Be responsible for visibility report needed by both local and HQ.
• Other go-to-mkt ad-hoc projects
Who you are
• Bachelor’s degree holder in merchandising, business, fashion or related disciplines
• 5+ years in Trade Marketing and Brand Marketing is highly preferred, Eyewear industry is a plus.
• Sound business acumen, fashion and market sense
• Detailed mind with very strong analytical skills
• Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all teams and in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation. A positive attitude to dealing with people.
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced excel & PPT skills and proficiency in MS Office
