    KERING Indirect Procurement Assistant Manager (Manager)

    Your opportunity Reporting to Indirect Procurement Senior Manager, Greater China, this position requires the candidate to create value for all Kering brands in Greater China through planning, supporting and contributing indirect procurement activities. The candidate is expected to be highly analytical and digitally minded to support data-driven decision-making for procurement operations.

    How you will contribute

    • Project Management: manage regular indirect procurement projects in GC through global tendering process and contribution/support to regional or global indirect procurement projects led by indirect procurement department.
    • Strategy & Insights: leverage data extraction and visualization tools to perform deep-dive analysis on indirect spend across Greater China. Identify cost-saving opportunities, synergy potentials, and supplier consolidation prospects.
    • Category Management Skillset: proven record in the category management capability and skillsets in at least one or multiple categories of Capex, Logistics, Marketing & Communication.
    • System & Tool: solid understanding & experience in S2P systems such as SAP, ESKER and IVALUE.
    • Stakeholder Management: proven capability to support cross-functional collaboration, understand stakeholder needs, and assist in delivering practical procurement solutions.
    • Supplier Relationship Management: external communication with suppliers about procurement projects, agreement conditions, and purchasing requirements. 

    Who you are?

    • Bachelor or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, or supply chain, specifically within Indirect Procurement.
    • Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment covering the Greater China region (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong) is highly preferred.
    • Data Analytics: MS office & Power BI skills must, and willingness to learn low-code automation.
    • Teamwork / flexibility and capacity to adapt to different environments
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin, Italy and French are a plus
