    How you will contribute

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing P2P activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments. You will contribute to the team by taking up following responsibilities:

    • Employee Expense Reimbursement; Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies. Verify receipts and ensure proper documentation for reimbursement.
    • Invoice processing; Review, verify, and process 3rd party /intercompany vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure invoices are properly coded, approved, and matched with purchase orders (if applicable)
    • Payment processing: Check and submit all payments via e-banking, follow up authorization to ensure payment correctly and timely. Prepare supporting documents per requirement from SAFE for oversea payments/receiving, follow up special cases until payment release.
    • Month-End Closing: Perform month-end closing activities related to P2P, including account reconciliations. Prepare and analyze accounts payable aging reports
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls are implemented and operational for P2P.
    • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
    • Contribute to process improvements and standardization within the Finance Shared Services Center

    Who you are?

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in P2P, preferably in retail, luxury goods, or consumer goods industries.
    • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for international communication.
    • Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly in inventory and finance modules.
    • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
