KERING Senior Finance Analyst

How you will contribute

• Assist in the long-term process planning, annual budget, and forecast processes in alignment with the strategic plan for Jewelry & Kering Corporate sectors.
• Prepare analyses of historical financials, provide variance explanations, and update forecasts with risks and opportunities to the current plan.
• Assist in identifying areas for technology adoption and streamlining processes to support Finance transformation initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as required to assist in management decision-making.
• Prepare full set of accounts (PL, BS, CF and Audit Schedules) for the month and year end reporting with a strong controllership mindset and ensuring that the financials prepared comply to applicable accounting standards.
• Conduct Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss accounts analysis and Balance Sheet reviews.
• Assist the Finance Manager in all areas relating to year-end statutory reporting including Audits, Corporate tax and GST submissions (includes preparation of audit schedules, financial statements, managing audit queries and issues).
• Any other ad-hoc assignments, from time to time

Who you are?

• Holds a degree in accounting.
• 5 years working experience with initial 2 to 3 years of working experience is preferred with a public accounting firm and candidates from Big 4.
• Good knowledge in accounting standards.
• Proficient in systems such as HFM, SAP, and MS Office.
• Preferred experience in accounting and commercial roles within an MNC environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Adaptable to rapidly changing requirements.
• Self-driven and good analytical mindset, Agile and inquisitive
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and/or tight reporting deadlines
• Attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Minimum Travelling required for the role
