    Your opportunity

    This newly created role is to develop highly engaged clients into new levels of connection with the brand and with the Pomellato teams, reporting to City Manager, Singapore. This role requires to be boutique based with rotation to the boutiques in the market with possible traveling overseas with our VIPs.

    How you will contribute

    • To recruit new clients and assist Sales team to manage existing clients with an aim to achieve quarterly business market targets
    • To promote client’s engagement, converting potential prospects to purchasing clients; to upgrade our clients to become loyal customers and increasing our highest segment of VICs and Elites
    • To drive the CRM Strategy by sharing CRM KPIs and qualitied data with the team to reach business goals
    • To collaborate with CRM and Marketing Departments in driving store business strategy
    • To support the Store Manager in setting up individual Clienteling targets and supporting in-store activations

    Who you are

    • Minimum 8-year proven sales experience in international luxury house 
    • Strong Self-initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills 
    • Excellent interpersonal - client relationships management skills 
    • A good team player with strong sense of responsibility 
