To cope with the strategic growth in our business, we are now inviting high calibre to join the team as: CRM Assistant Manager Your Opportunity Reporting to the Marketing lead, the CRM Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in driving client engagement, elevating retail clienteling capabilities, and supporting the growth of key APAC markets. This role partners closely with Retail teams to strengthen customer relationships, deliver personalized experiences, and enable CRM excellence across all stores.

    What You’ll Do

    • Retail clienteling: Champion CRM/clienteling tools; equip stores with insights, segments, and contact strategies; co-create VIP/dormant reactivation plans; review KPIs with Store Managers.
    • Global alignment: Localize global CRM strategies into APAC retail action plans and ensure brand consistency.
    • CRM systems & data: Oversee daily system use; maintain data quality (audits, cleansing, training); partner with HQ on enhancements.
    • Segmentation & analytics: Build behavior/lifecycle segments; provide targeted lists; analyze retention, repurchase, cross-category performance; translate insights into actions.
    • Client development: Support personalized journeys (pre-visit, follow-up, milestones); elevate VIP/VIC engagement; improve satisfaction and loyalty touchpoints.
    • Campaign execution: Turn marketing campaigns into CRM-driven actions; manage email/SMS/automations; track impact on traffic, conversion, client development.
    • Cross-functional: Partner with Retail, VM, Ops on omnichannel and digital selling; represent CRM in cross-market projects.
    • Training & enablement: Deliver CRM/clienteling training and onboarding; share best practices across stores/markets.
    • Performance & KPIs: Track capture rate, data completeness, outreach, reactivation, retention; report with clear recommendations and drive follow-through.
    • In-store animations: Plan and measure store activations to drive traffic and engagement; align to global guidelines and local needs; ensure pre-outreach and post-event follow-up.

    What You’ll Bring

    • 4–6 years in CRM/Clienteling/Marketing within luxury, retail, or premium lifestyle (APAC exposure preferred)
    • Hands-on with CRM platforms and clienteling tools; strong data hygiene mindset
    • Strength in segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retail analytics
    • Partnering skills with Retail; confident trainer/coach
    • Project management, stakeholder alignment, and KPI ownership
    • Bilingual or multilingual in APAC languages a plus

    Location
    Station in HK, look after APAC (Hong Kong, Macau & Singapore). Some travel to stores/markets.
