Role Summary
This role provides high-level executive assistance to the Japan & Korea leadership while driving cross-functional projects that support business expansion, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate is superbly organized, a strong multi-tasker, and a self-starter who can operate autonomously in a fast-paced luxury environment. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across multiple markets and organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative and organizational support to the Japan & Korea leadership.
- Manage complex calendars, business trips, expenses, and communication flow.
- Prepare high-impact presentation materials, reports, and documentation (PowerPoint skills essential).
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Always maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
Project Coordination
- Support cross-functional projects across Japan & Korea, liaising with Retail, HR, Finance, Marketing, VM, and global teams.
- Coordinate timelines, track project progress, and ensure that deliverables are met.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across diverse functions and organizational levels.
- Prepare project documents and ensure smooth execution end-to-end.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a communication hub between the Executive Office and local/global teams.
- Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Influence and coordinate multiple functions with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Haves
- English & Japanese bilingual (fluency in both written and spoken communication).
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and presentation documentation; strong ability to create clear, polished executive-level materials.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.
- Proven ability to liaise, coordinate, and influence across diverse teams and hierarchical levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Korean language proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience supporting executives (EA or similar roles).
- Experience in the luxury industry is strongly preferred but top-tier industries such as consulting firms, cosmetics, automotive, or leading FMCG are also suitable.
- Experience working in multinational, fast-paced environments.
