    To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us.

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

    • Directly report to the International Product and Merchandising Director
    • Prepare weekly and monthly CRM reports to support business insights and decision‑making.
    • Support CRM system enhancements and coordinate cross‑functional activities to implement a holistic CRM approach.
    • Coordinate assigned projects and support the preparation of required documentation for external assessments.
    • Assist in coordinating product‑related initiatives and provide administrative support for product launch and various ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)
    • Relevant experience in CRM or project management is preferred
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate cross‑functionally.
    • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
    • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
    • Available to work for 5 full days per week
