Your opportunity
The EMEA Wholesale team is seeking for an experienced Wholesale Executive to join the team and support the Head of Wholesale Northern Europe to further develop our wholesale business across European Key Accounts and Boutiques
How you will contribute:
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients (including Boutiques) through constant communication to identify and develop proactive as well as reactive business plans
- Responsible for the Sales Campaign to drive sales and actively manage customer orders to ensure that they meet deadlines, review all orders and ensuring they are in line with agreed OTB and Essential plan
- Act as a Brand Guardian, coaching and educating clients to ensure guidelines are implemented in order to maximize commercial gains and respect the brand
- Manage the scheduling of customer showroom appointments
- Attend product training and train seasonal showroom staff for all collections
- Support the Head of Wholesale in preparing budgets by customer and their ongoing management
- Responsible for preparing weekly reports, including, but not limited to, analysis of sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes, managing and controlling data analysis, stock levels, best sellers, KPI’s, collating all Sell Through’s and VM reports
Who you are:
- Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Experienced in wholesale and Shop-in-shop management with a solid background/expertise within the Luxury fashion industry required
- Results driven with proven experience in budgeting (sales forecasting) and exceeding targets
- You have impeccable presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written
- Highly organised and analytical
- A strong team player who is able to work across multiple teams and time zones
- You enjoy working in fast-paced, agile commercial environments
- A dedicated individual with a high work ethic, integrity and reliability with a “hands on” attitude
- You have a good understanding of Merchandising, Finance, Logistics, and Retail Operations
- French, Dutch, German speaker, other European language desirable
