    About us Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his home of Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing its collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga had a reputation as a couturier of uncompromising standards and was referred to as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and as “The Couturier of the Couturiers” by Gabrielle Chanel. The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house. While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well. Among the archetypal products of the House are its handbag collections. A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful. Since October 2015, Demna has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director. The Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashion. We are currently seeking a E-Retail Business Manager who will report to the Head of E-Retail.

    Your opportunity

    You will work closely with the Head of E-Retail to manage the E-Retail account manager team to improve the E-Retail business.

    How you will contribute

    • Management of 4 account manager and 1 intern
    • Daily support the growth of each E-retail partner working very closely to each am to develop marketplaces and concessions business by improving process, analyse stocks and rise recomandations on replen, propose otb, monitor the brand image online
    • In collaboration with the Merchandising, drive eretail assortment and implement a dedicated strategy on each door
    • Prepare and participate to key strategic meetings

    Who you are

    • You have successful and consistent experience in E-Retail account management, E-Commerce or as a business analyst
    • You are able to think and implement new process
    • You have strong analysis skills, you can build and challenge E-Retail dashboards
    • You have a strong business mindset and are results driven
    • You are autonomous and agile and always find solutions to make all projects be successful   
    • You are very rigorous, and curious about eCommerce in general
    • You speak English Fluently
