    Your opportunity
    Within the Media team, reporting to the Global Performance Media Manager you will work with all internal (eCommerce, Communication & Marketing, Merchandising…) & external stakeholders (our partner Media Agency, Media vendors) to drive growth on the Balenciaga.com website (traffic, revenue) with maximum efficiency.

    You will ensure acquisition campaigns reach their objectives and are executed with excellence on all aspects: assets & creatives, budget allocation, tracking, reporting & ad hoc analysis based on business needs.

    How you will contribute

    As Global Performance Media Coordinator, you will:

    • On an ongoing basis, analyze, monitor, and propose budget allocations on most performing channels & markets upon observed performances on to achieve our Worldwide business and ROAS target.
    • Management and optimization of weekly reporting of the website performances as well as daily monitoring of main KPIs.
    • Determine and implement the best strategy to maximize the contribution of paid media activities at a Worldwide scale.
    • Coordinate closely with partner Agency & key media activation partners from brief to campaign reporting to ensure campaigns delivered with excellence 
    • Coordinate and Monitor all Paid Acquisition Channels: Paid Search, Social, Affiliation, Display: from strategy building to campaign execution in collaboration with different stakeholders worldwide.
    • Optimize the targeting strategy for advertising campaigns
    • Research of new trends and brand demand analysis through Google Trends, Search Console and Google Analytics.
    • Ensure the ongoing maintenance of our Product Catalogs Worldwide (Shopping).
    • Provide Competitive intelligence analysis from SEA landscape, benchmarks, and practices up to C-level stakeholders.
    • Work with Image and Merch teams to define the performance media strategy and content.
    • Be in charge of a perfectly accurate financial follow-up of all performance marketing activities: internal budgets consolidation, payments to vendors.
    • Work closely with local Markets to customize media strategy approach to fit local behaviors & business needs while following our Global best practices & media.

    Who you are

    • You have a minimum of two years' experience in managing traffic acquisition and campaign management (SEA, social media and affiliate marketing). Experience in organic search growth would be a significant advantage.
    • You have a sharp and analytical mindset with good understanding of performance marketing channels, ideally with a previous experience working with Web performance teams.
    • You are very comfortable using Google Ad, Google Analytics, and Looker (Data Studio)
    • You are autonomous, agile and proactive
    • You are very rigorous, and curious about eCommerce in general
    • You master Excel and Powerpoint and you are fluent in English
