BOTTEGA VENETA Client Advisor Part-time June to August Marbella

We are currently seeking a Part-time Client Advisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Marbella Puerto Banus from June to August.

How you will contribute

• Act as the first point of contact for all clients, delivering a warm, refined, and personalized welcome that embodies the brand’s luxury standards.
• Liaise closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover from greeting to consultation, minimizing perceived wait times and enhancing overall client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors to engage, entertain, and inform clients during waiting moments by sharing brand heritage, collection highlights, and key service offerings, elevating the client journey.
• Support the selling team by responding efficiently to stock availability and sizing requests, contributing to a smooth and effective sales process.
• Uphold Brand values and internal procedures at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with the Brand’s standards.

Who you are

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High attention to detail, ability to work in organized manner
