    We are currently seeking an EMEA Wholesale Multibrand Area Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

    In this role you will manage and develop the business with our key multibrand Partners across the Region, ensuring sales and markets growth in line with the luxury standards of our Brand; you will do so in liaison with several departments such as Customer Service, Merchandising, Communication, and Corporate Legal and you will be supported by the team dedicated to wholesale planning.

    How you will contribute?

    • Define and manage the annual strategies by market to strengthen the brand performances, in liaison with the Head of Wholesale Manager
    • Define and manage the annual sell in target by partner / by door/ by product categories in liaison with Head of Wholesale Manager
    • Define and manage the annual sales forecast in liaison with each partner / by door
    • Define and implement monthly action plan to support the partnership in order to achieve the defined sales forecast.
    • Monitor ST performances, stock on hand situation, identify re-order/swap opportunities to improve seasonal ST
    • Assure partners payment flow and constant follow up with customer service team on deliveries status to have an appropriate assortment as well as to meet seasonal collections launches
    • During the sales campaign manage the buying process following the Brand guidelines in order to achieve the agreed OTB as well as to achieve an appropriate product mix according to specific market needs and seasonal strategies
    • To monitor the online business of those partners providing seasonal assets to respect the Brand guidelines

    Who you are?

    • 4 - 6 years in a similar role
    • Line Manager: EMEA Head of Wholesale & Franchise Manager
    • Strong communication skills, highly organized with great attention to detail
    • Luxury environment, requested deep knowledge
    • Fluent in English, Italian and other languages highly preferable
    • Multitasking, able to quickly shift from planning to admin/management
    • Extremely organized, detail oriented and attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
    • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Frequent travel required
