We are currently seeking a Global Performance Marketing Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
- Support the overall management of SEM, SEO, and Affiliation channels, assisting with day-to-day operations, reporting, and coordination activities.
- Monitor key performance metrics (traffic, revenue, ROAS, CVR) and maintain an updated library of reports, presentations, and campaign results.
- Maintain ongoing communication with external agencies, ensuring timely alignment on deliverables.
- Assist in gathering and organizing campaign assets (images, videos, copy).
- Help build and perform quality checks on new campaigns.
- Help with Affiliation activities, coordinating with partners, reviewing publisher performance, and following up on pending items.
- Support in preparing monthly performance reports.
- Collect information from internal teams (E-commerce, Media, Finance) when needed.
Who you are:
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- Fluent in English
- Previous internship experience in a performance marketing role within the e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus
- Analytical skills in Excel, Power Point, Outlook with a willingness to learn and develop proficiency in data analysis tools
- Passion for the luxury fashion industry and e-commerce
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
