    We are currently seeking a Stock Keeper as part of our dynamic team in Milano Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.

    How you will contribute

    STOCK AND ADMINISTRATION​​

    Merchandise Reception: Unload, scan, check quality/quantity, and records stock in the warehouse system.

    Storage: Ensure goods are stored properly, in good condition, tidy, and easily accessible. Monitor warehouse space.

    Stock Movements: Organize store transfers and returns, prepare goods/documents, and collaborate on consignment procedures.

    Omnichannel Services: Manage pick-up in store, ship from store, and distant sales shipments.

    Documentation & Checks: Execute administrative tasks, maintain CITES documentation, conduct daily checks, and replenish sales floor products.​​

    Stock analysis: Carry out daily checks, using a dedicated report, on the status of the sold material and the stock in the warehouse, and top up the product on the sales floor.

    Supplies Inventory: interface with the Operations office to order packaging, and with external suppliers to order material such as stationery, uniforms, beverages, etc.

    Who you are

    • Previous experience in a similar role within fashion/luxury contexts

    • High attention to detail, ability to work in organized manner

    • Pragmatism and good problem solving

    • Availability, flexibility, team spirit

    • Good level of English and Italian is mandatory

    • Knowledge of SAP system can be considered a plus

    Indicative Starting Salary: 25.500 €
    Eligibility to sales incentives as per company policy
