    We are currently seeking a WW Women’s LG Retail Merchandising Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

    How you will contribute?

    • Support weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reporting for leather goods categories
    • Support the tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (sell‑through, stock levels, top/bottom performers)
    • Contribute to monthly merchandising calls.
    • Monitor competitive activity and trends.
    • Assist Merchandisers with ad hoc operational tasks, reports, and projects.

    Who you are?

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.
    • Strong command of English. Knowledge of another regional language (e.g., French and Chinese languages) is an advantage.
    • Excellent IT skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools).
    • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
    • Curious, proactive, and solution oriented.
    • Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Interest in luxury, fashion, and product strategy.
