    Your opportunity

    The way for you to make a difference in this position, is by helping everyone to make a difference at Brioni. We are looking for a T&L partner, reporting to the Head of People Development & Inclusion, to manage the people development topics: primarily on Learning & Development and Talent Management, but also supporting the rest of the team on Engagement and I&D. The person will have a special focus on WW Retail population, taking care of all the corporate population too.

    How you will contribute

    In general, proactively manage the Talent & Learning projects, more in details:

    • execution of L&D programs for the House (managing the whole process, including development plans, relations with Group L&D teams, external contractor, …)
    • talent reviews analysis and reports
    • manage the E-learning platform Brioni Elevate
    • analysis of the training needs emerging from both the Talent Review process and HRBPs inputs, to shape the L&D plan of the House
    • career paths design & individual development plans
    • support promotion assessment process
    • support the management of the performance annual cycle and the continuous improvement of the performance review process
    • support the implementation of the Group People Survey and the deployment of brand-specific initiatives such as pulse and specific surveys.
    • support the deployment of engagement projects and initiatives to promote exchange, participation and open communication across teams
    • support on implementation and adoption of Brioni Culture
    • support the implementation of the Group Inclusion & Diversity initiatives
    • support Employer branding activities

    Who you are

    • A minimum of 5 year experience as specialist/consultant on L&D
    • Expertise in talent processes (Talent Reviews, Performance Management, Career & Development Assessment) is a plus
    • Knowledge of luxury retail/hotellerie is a plus (not mandatory)
    • Organized, analytical, with attention to details
    • Empathetic, curious with an appetite for learning & people development topics
    • A solution finder and action-oriented team player, who love to have fun at work
    • Fluent in English (mandatory) and in Italian
    • Mastering PPT and XLS, Power BI is a plus
    • Open to frequent travels WW
