    • Support and oversee the end‑to‑end design process across Menswear RTW categories (e.g. RTW, tailoring, outerwear, denim), from concept through development and final approval.
    • Ensure collection cohesion and brand integrity throughout all stages of the collection development process.
    • Collaborate closely with Fabric Sourcing, Product Development and Industrial teams to align creative vision with materials, constructions and feasibility.
    • Continuously monitor development progress to ensure timely realization of all products reviewed and approved by the MRTW Design Director and Creative Director.
    • Guarantee accurate control of developed samples, verifying consistency with sketches and design intent, and ensuring materials and execution enhance the final product.
    • Support the MRTW Design Director in coordinating and managing the design team workflow, ensuring clarity on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
    • Review sketches, technical inputs and fittings, providing structured and constructive feedback to the design team.
    • Foster a collaborative, disciplined and creativity‑driven team environment.
    • Act as a key liaison between Design and cross‑functional teams including Merchandising, Product Development and Marketing.
    • Work closely with Merchandising to ensure alignment between creative vision, range structure and commercial objectives.
    • Partner with Industrial and Production teams to anticipate and resolve critical issues related to feasibility, quality or timing.
    • Participate in key design, collection and cross‑functional alignment meetings, supporting the MRTW Design Director in decision‑making processes.
    • Support the management of design calendars, timelines and seasonal milestones, ensuring alignment with the overall collection development plan.
    • Ensure efficient coordination during peak development periods, contributing to smooth execution across teams.
    • Contribute actively to show and presentation phases, including runway and styling development, in alignment with the Creative Direction.

    Requirements

    • Solid experience (almost 15y) within Menswear Ready‑to‑Wear design, gained in structured fashion or luxury environments, ideally in a senior design or associate leadership role.
