    GUCCI EMEA Performance & Digital Media Coordinator

The EMEA Performance & Digital Media Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital performance campaigns across EMEA markets, including SEM (SEA, SEO), affiliates and cross channels performance campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional budgets and performance KPIs. The role collaborates with internal teams, media agencies and external partners to drive traffic, conversions, and insights through data-driven media strategies and continuous performance optimization across digital channels.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Plan, implement, analyze and optimize Paid Search campaigns across all EMEA markets, ensuring alignment with budget allocation, performance KPIs and synergy between SEA and SEO.
    • Manage and guide the media agencies on optimization, testing and development of Paid Search, Affiliates & across Performance channels, constantly striving for digital excellence and growth.
    • Drive cross-channel media strategy by challenging and sharing insights on product demand, audience behavior, campaign learnings and optimization.
    • Support as key internal stakeholder driving search revenue growth in the region.
    • Actively manage cross-channel performance projects and campaigns, ensuring KPI delivery through continuous optimization and performance analysis.
    • Grow and maintain the relationship with the Affiliate network, ensuring visibility and communication around product launches in close alignment with internal steakholders (PR, Merchandising, Product Marketing).
    • Continually refine the affiliate program by testing offers, identifying top-performing partners and onboarding new partners, in line with the Brand’s tone of voice and guidelines.
    • Collaborate with e-Commerce & Merchandising teams to employ a structured conversion optimization process using A/B and multivariate testing of landing pages, as well as ensuring that all Gucci.com content is aligned with SEO best practices.
    • Work hands-on with the whole marketing team, agencies and external partners to ensure an effective global digital strategy.

    Key Requirements

    • University degree in business, marketing or any related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably within retail, luxury or international environments.
    • Proven experience managing SEM campaigns and performance media activities across multiple channels (Display, Affiliates, Paid Social) and markets (10+).
    • Experience in working with popular Performance Marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Data Studio etc.)
    • Knowledge of both content and technical aspects of SEO (Core Web Vitals, structured data, sitemaps, hreflang, canonical URLs, etc) is a plus.
    • Experience with Affiliate Platforms and CPA.
    • Up to date with the latest digital media trends and best practices.
    • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads.
    • Knowledge and understanding of HTML and CSS is considered an advantage.
    • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.

    Salary Package

    • Gross Annual Salary: starting from 37.000€ (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).
    • NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): D111 PELLI E SUCCEDANEI
    • Bonuses and Commissions: Annual Target Bonus as per the company-level collective agreement in force, up to 20% of the Gross Annual Salary.
