The Insights team is a central function within the Kering Group, positioned at the crossroads of strategic, consumer, and brand-related priorities. It oversees all consumer research — both quantitative and qualitative — at Group level, providing the Houses and central departments with a clear and actionable understanding of markets, purchasing behaviors, and desirability dynamics.
We are currently seeking a Brand Insights Senior Manager to join our team.
Your opportunity
In a luxury environment undergoing profound transformation, you and the team will develop a forward‑looking view of consumer trends and market evolutions, intended for the Group’s highest governing bodies.
How you will contribute
Propose and formalize the framework of projects of studies (objectives, timing, human and material resources) and take part in the brief.
Use and develop appropriate methods (including social listening) to answer hypothesis of the brief.
Plan and carry out consumer studies, collect 360 data and always guarantee reliability and quality of results (process and content).
Analyze results and translate consumer data into meaningful consumer insights (integrating new trends and prospective/innovation) proactively push the voice of the consumer in internal decision making.
Drive and challenge agencies on external consumer studies and guarantee the application and compliance to Group methods and standards. Create and maintain constructive relationships with agencies.
Cooperate with internal cross functional stakeholders using collaborative & agile Group tools and methods (best practices).
Build the Insight annual plans by prioritising, selecting key topics and mobilising the right resources.
Who you are
Language skills: English, French
Professional experience: 7 years +
Strong analytical thinking and strategic skills
Experience in leading Insights and Foresights multi-dimensional researches in the consumer industry, Luxury is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Rigor, discretion, ability to interact with high-level stakeholders
High curiosity, ability to quickly grasp and analyze a wide range of issues
International openness, ability to work in a multicultural environment
