    Your opportunity

    We are currently seeking a Brand Manager as part of our dynamic Marketing team in Milan.

    How you will contribute

    Collection management and sales analysis:

    • Establish the product strategy based on corporate strategies in cooperation with your manager (product, assortment, pricing).
    • Structure in coordination with the Design team the annual collection plan for the brand in terms of active and new styles per category by combining: market and sales analysis, brand objectives and design developments.
    • Prepare detailed product briefs for the Design team, summarising market needs, indicating n° of models, key features, pricing and cost targets.
    • Manage consistency between style, positioning, sales conditions and range highlights for all markets in all distribution networks.
    • Ensure a constant influx of new ideas in terms of materials, technologies, new product features, co-marketing opportunities or strategic alliances for the product development team through supplier or consumer analysis
    • Propose the pricing strategy for the brand under management, monitoring its effective roll-out with respect to Brand image and Positioning.

    Brand Management:

    • Fully understand the Brand DNA in terms of essence, history, style, values, personality, target consumers in order to become the "gatekeeper"
    • Develop the annual marketing plan ensuring brand objectives, strategic lines, activities and key facts including quarterly plans by Region
    • Develop the annual communication plan for the brand, managing it in collaboration with the PR & Comm team 
    • Manage and control the annual marketing budget, allocating the right resources and investments to the various activities in order to achieve objectives.
    • Keep all internal and external departments aligned and informed on all PR and press office activities, advertising shoots, videos, packaging, POS materials, newsletters, etc.

    Monitoring markets and competitors:

    • Monitor and analyse the global eyewear market in order to define trends and growth opportunities for the managed brand.
    • Enrich its market knowledge through regular market visits. Study local and international competitors in terms of product offering, design, distribution and marketing activities.
    • Analysing consumer behaviour worldwide.

    Commercial support:

    • Prepare presentations for the sales force/customers/brand showroom.
    • Support the development of training tools with the relevant team.
    • Support sales through collection and brand presentations during Brand showrooms, customer meetings (Key Accounts) and sales force activities.
    • Support the definition of the collection assortment for each customer segment and Region. 
    • Prepare catalogues, leaflets, training materials to support the sales team.

    Who you are

    • 4-5 years of experience in the same role
    • Experience preferably in eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion or accessories
    • Master’s degree in marketing or business administration
    • Result-oriented, problem-solving skills
    • Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, committed to teamwork
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
    • Fluent in English and Italian
