We are currently seeking for a Junior Business Controller who will be part of the Business Controlling Team, based in Padova Head Quarter.
How you will contribute
- Deliver end-of-month Net Sales analysis by country, brands and business models to provide insights for strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Prepare and maintain accurate Profit & Loss by business responsibility. Conduct detailed analyses for designated business area, ensuring accurate reporting and identifying key variances compared to previous years, budget, and forecast.
- Proactively contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts for assigned area, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Actively contribute to business reviews in collaboration with the Head of Region.
- Identify and implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of performance targets.
Who you are
- Degree in Business Administration with excellent results
- Previous experience (3-4 years) in similar role within international and structured company
- Fluent English
- Advanced Excel and Power Point user
- KPI Design & Measurement: ability to define and track key performance indicators, with a specific focus on Profit & Loss.
- Business Planning: ability to understand business models and develop comprehensive business plans.
- Goal-Driven Approach: strong focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborative and cross-functional approach: building strong relationships and acting as a strategic business partner
- Problem-solving mindset: ability to find solutions and make smart decisions.
