KERING EYEWEAR Junior Hospitality Accounts Specialist

How you will contribute

• Support the scouting of new commercial opportunities and retail partners;
• Support the definition of commercial plans for assigned customers;
• Support the definition of the brand mix and assortments for assigned international customers;
• Support the analysis and periodic review of customer assortment plans to maximise sell-out, analysing various KPIs such as sell-through and productivity per door;
• Define trade marketing and PR plans for assigned customers, with consequent management of the BTL budget;
• Coordinate with internal teams (GTM, Corporate Design, TMK) for the implementation of individual retail concept projects;
• Manage and coordinate invoicing activities (PR, MIGO, supplier registration);
• Liaise with the Operations team (SCO, Planning, MJ) to ensure a high level of service for assigned customers;
• Manage internal reporting to monitor business performance using BI, MAKAI or similar tools.
   

Who you are

• University degree in Business Management or similar
• 1 year of experience in similar role
• Ability to work within a dynamic and fast growing environment
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Analytical skills and problem solving attitude
• Knowledge of Excel and Power Point
• Excellent level of English and Italian
• Flexibility, hands-on approach, ability to handle multi-tasks
• Innovation attitude and commitment to teamwork.
