    Your opportunity
    We are currently seeking a PR Manager who will report to Global PR Director as part of our dynamic PR team in Milan.

    How you will contribute

    • Independently develop, strengthen and maintain relations with the Italian and international press for the markets managed directly by HQ (Italy, Iberia, North & East Europe), effectively coordinating the movement of PR samples, with the aim of increasing the visibility of brands and products on the main media channels;
    • Manage and coordinate the EMEA PR agencies (UK, France, DACH, Middle East) of the Kering Eyewear network, ensuring periodic review of performance and contractual agreements with agencies on an annual basis
    • Make use of editorial analysis carried out using the press monitoring software (DMR) to analyse the editorial performance of the Brands in the eyewear category in the managed markets;
    • Organise and actively manage national and international press events (Press Days) in the markets under its responsibility, defining: location, guest list, set-up, catering and logistics
    • Build and maintain a solid and effective collaboration with marketing and sales managers of the subsidiaries, to coordinate PR activities and help maximise the visibility of our products in the markets;
    • Proactively develop media partnerships and Influencer Marketing activities to support the brands' PR plans, coordinating external partners and creative content;
    • Significantly increase relations with KOLs and VIPs of the markets managed by HQ, effectively coordinating seeding and product placement activities;
    • Share with national and international press and PR agencies the seasonal press kits and news dedicated to the key stories of the season for each Brand, with particular attention to the launch of new collections, in order to communicate each release effectively and timely;
    • Manage and supervise the PR sample order process (for HQ, PR agencies and Brands) ensuring product presence for the execution of PR activities;
    • Coordinate your team in the management of all activities, making sure to give precise guidelines with respect to objectives and priorities;
    • Manage the budget assigned to your markets, monitor the expenses of the agencies in your perimeter and manage in SAP all invoices related to the costs of PR activities in your perimeter;

    Who you are

    • Degree in Marketing or Communication
    • 2/5 years of PR experience
    • An English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus
    • With advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point, FGPS, DMR
    • Proficiency in editorial and press monitoring software is a plus
    • Extremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
    • A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship
    • Entrepreneurship autonomy and problem solving skills
