    We are currently seeking a Sales Analyst as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

    How you will contribute

    • Perform independent analysis of all sales activities and marketing campaigns, with the aim of providing reports and summaries to your manager, the Global Channels team and other functions
    • Constantly monitor brand distribution, performing analysis and preparing reports to be shared with your manager for the definition of effective go-to market plans
    • Analyse competitor trends and results, preparing comprehensive analyses to share with your manager
    • Carry out ad hoc sales analysis and reports on business results and other key indicators, with the aim of assessing areas of specific interest based on specific indications from your manager
    • Create and manage sales dashboards, displaying the performance indicators defined by your manager, working closely with different functions (Finance, IT&Planning, Customer Service, Product) and being responsible for continuously updating these dashboards
    • Acting as coordinator in Global Channels projects that are cross-functional, as well as coordinating other ad hoc requests
    • Proactively support the team and your manager in preparing monthly Global Channels business reviews, through: processing key data, gathering information from different functions, preparing power point presentations
    • Enable your manager and colleagues to make business decisions aimed at increasing profitability by analysing data and identifying performance drivers from the sales analysis performed

    Who you are

    • Prior experience (at least 3 years) in Finance or Planning
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Results oriented
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
    • Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, fast learner and committed to teamwork
    • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
    • Critical thinking: ability to identify issues, make recommendations for improvement, achieve consensus and support implementation
    • Entrepreneurship autonomy and problem solving skills
    • Attention to details
    • Multitasking
    • Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
    • Fluent in Italian and English
