    Your opportunity 

    You will support the head of Direct Procurement Manager in monitoring the company’s purchases of products (“Façon”, etc.), materials and services at group level. You will assist, propose and support on new procurement projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. 

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative supply chain strategies and initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and achieving competitive advantage. 

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of the supplier base and market trends to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring the optimal selection of suppliers and maximizing competitive advantage. 

    • Drive cross-brand collaborations to leverage group synergies, fostering innovation and achieving cost savings through aligned strategies. 

    • Develop comprehensive reports and business intelligence insights from available data, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning. 

    • Monitor and evaluate purchase volumes of current production and procurement projects against annual operating plan (AOP) identifying discrepancies and opportunities for improvement. 

    • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, mapping their performance and capabilities to ensure the best outcomes for the company. 

    • Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings with Chief Operating Officers (COOs) to align on strategic procurement goals and initiatives. 

    • Assist in the establishment of provision prices, ensuring they align with market conditions and company objectives. 

    • Align procurement practices with the group's sustainability requirements, incorporating responsible sourcing and sustainable processes into the supply chain. 

    • Liaise with internal departments in a cross functional manner as well as Brands on a daily basis 

     

    Who you are 

    • You have good understanding in production, supply chain, or manufacturing within fashion companies, particularly in the RTW world 

    • You possess deep knowledge of RTW fabrics and related raw materials, understanding their production processes and industry trends 

    • You understand sourcing and procurement techniques 

    • You have deep knowledge about Excel, Power Point, SAP and Power BI 

    • You excel at strategic analysis and are competent in collecting and analyzing data to drive informed decision-making. 

    • You are informed about sustainable practices, certifications and schemes 

    • You have experience with high-level cross-functional interactions and are skilled in building and maintaining effective working relationships. 

    • You are diligent, result and detail oriented 

    • You are a proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, contributing positively to collaborative environments. 

    • You are fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus
