We are currently seeking a New Business Development Manager to join our team.
Your opportunity
We are creating a New Business Development Manager role within the Strategy & Development Department. The person in this role will report hierarchically to the Client Strategy & New Business Director and will integrate the House of Wonders initiative. House of Wonders is the new Kering entity dedicated to support emerging Luxury Houses with a distinctive vision, deep authenticity and a strong cultural relevance. Through House of Wonders, Kering is inventing a new operational model, delivering the platform effects of a large group to emerging brands across the value chain, humbly and without ever compromising their specific DNA.
How you will contribute
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across luxury categories, channels, and geographies to drive long-term growth.
Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for new ventures, partnerships, or acquisitions, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
Monitor emerging trends and innovations in luxury, lifestyle, and adjacent industries to inspire new business concepts.
Lead strategic projects to support House of Wonders portfolio brands in their growth, materializing the value proposition of House of Wonders: retail, business expansion, industrial partnerships, etc.
Build and manage cross-functional project teams, collaborating with all functions to ensure alignment and execution.
Ensure project governance and milestone tracking, maintaining momentum and accountability across initiatives.
Foster a culture of innovation and agility, encouraging experimentation and entrepreneurial thinking within the organization.
Who you are
Language skills: French, English
Professional experience: 5 to 8 years
Strong analytical thinking and strategic skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Rigor, discretion, ability to interact with high-level stakeholders
High curiosity, ability to quickly grasp and analyze a wide range of issues
International openness, ability to work in a multicultural environment
