We are currently seeking a Sales and Operations Execution Analyst who will report to the Business Planning Manager, as part of our dynamic team in Trecate (Novara).

    Your opportunity

    KERING Supply Chain and Logistics aims at setting responsive planning cycles to cope with a more and more volatile market context and to capture fast-changing distribution demand, production plans, sales channel swings and pricing changes requires.

    The Sales and Operations execution analyst will enhance the forecast collaboration with the Brands and the sharing of the E2E execution plans with the key Supply Chain and Logistics stakeholders (central warehouse, transport and regional logistics), leveraging on Data Insights and fast Digital Transformation leveraging on Board and Power BI.

    How you will contribute

    • Collaborate tightly with Brands in order to develop mid-long terms and short-term Forecast Baseline
    • Act as main expert for Inbound, Outbound, Stock On-hand and Reverse projections
    • Measure Forecast Accuracy against actual volumes and work on its continuous improvement
    • Enrich the Forecast Baseline by splitting it in multiple forecast layers: channel, country, product category and distribution flow
    • Leverage on best-fit forecast algorithms to predict the various forecast layers: channel, country, product category and distribution flow
    • Develop conversion algorithms to elaborate projections in cartons and cubic meters for the various forecast layers
    • Share the E2E Forecast and Execution Plans with the key stakeholders of the Distribution Network (Central Warehouse, Transport and Regional Logistics)
    • Intercept most recent trends in demand, incorporate them in the E2E execution plans and realign the changes / priorities with key stakeholders
    • Strongly contribute to the digitalization of Supply and Logistics planning processes by developing and affirming the use of Board as central platform
    • Work closely with Supply Chain Analytics with the aim to develop lean and user friendly reports for the whole Supply and Logistics community
    • Continuously improve and enrich forecasting and logistic planning processes, by working closely with KERING Tech Sales and Operations planning, defining evolutionary budgets and business requirements
    • Push for innovation by leveraging on new technics such as AI and Machine Learning

    Who you are

    • You are a graduate with a degree in Statistics, Engineering or equivalent
    • You have a former experience in logistics or supply chain planning
    • You have strong passion on numbers and solid Data Analytics skills
    • You have a visible innovational and transformational mindset
    • You are flexible, adaptable and stress tolerant
    • You are deeply curious, goal/purpose oriented and lifetime learner
    • You are expert in using all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; Power BI is considered a plus
    • You have visible and contagious entrepreneurial spirit, problem solver and very proactive
    • You have excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
    • Knowledge of Board and others Integrated Business Planning suites is considered a plus
    • Previous experience in fashion / luxury industry is considered a plus
    • You are fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
