    We are currently seeking a “Sustainability IT Specialist” who will report to the Global Head of IT Sustainability & Corporate

    Your opportunity  

    As Sustainability IT Specialist / Service Owner, you will play a key role in supporting and structuring the IT landscape dedicated to Sustainability initiatives across the Group.

    You will act as the functional and operational owner of Sustainability-related IT services, ensuring that existing solutions efficiently support business needs while also driving the implementation of new capabilities.

    Working closely with the Head of Corporate IT, Sustainability teams, and technology partners, you will contribute to the evolution of the Sustainability IT ecosystem by managing applications, supporting the delivery of new projects, and identifying innovative technology solutions. The role combines service ownership, solution expertise and project management capabilities, covering both run and project activities across the Sustainability domain.

    How you will contribute  

    Sustainability IT Service Ownership

    • Act as the Service Owner for Sustainability-related IT applications and platforms
    • Ensure the availability, performance and continuous improvement of existing Sustainability systems
    • Monitor application usage and performance and ensure alignment with business needs
    • Define and manage service levels (SLAs) and operational governance with internal teams and vendors
    • Coordinate support activities and ensure efficient incident, problem and change management

    Business Support & Requirement Management

    • Work closely with Sustainability teams and Corporate functions to understand evolving business requirements
    • Translate business needs into functional specifications and IT initiatives
    • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to structure requirements and prioritize initiatives
    • Ensure alignment between business expectations, IT capabilities and regulatory constraints

    Project Contribution & Delivery

    • Lead or support IT projects related to Sustainability initiatives
    • Contribute to the full project lifecycle, including: Business requirement definition, Solution design and architecture alignment, Vendor evaluation and selection, Implementation and configuration, Testing and deployment, Transition to operational run
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners
    • Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline and budget

    Sustainability Technology Benchmark & Innovation

    • Conduct market benchmarks and technology assessments to identify relevant Sustainability solutions
    • Analyze tools related to: ESG data management, Carbon footprint measurement, Environmental performance monitoring, Sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance, Support solution selection and roadmap definition for Sustainability IT capabilities

    Portfolio & Governance Support

    • Support the Head of Corporate IT in managing the Sustainability IT project portfolio
    • Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization of initiatives
    • Prepare reporting and updates for governance bodies and steering committees
    • Monitor delivery progress and support benefits tracking

    Continuous Improvement

    • Identify opportunities to enhance existing Sustainability platforms and processes
    • Promote best practices in data quality, reporting and user adoption
    • Contribute to the evolution of Sustainability digital capabilities across the Group

    Who you are 

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Sustainability or related fields
    • 3–5 years of experience in IT application management, service ownership or project delivery
    • Experience working on Sustainability, ESG or regulatory reporting solutions is a strong plus
    • Strong understanding of IT service management and project delivery frameworks
    • Experience with application lifecycle management and vendor coordination
    • Ability to translate business needs into structured IT solutions
    • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • Comfortable working in international and cross-functional environments
    • Fluent English required, French is a plus
