    Role Summary

    The People Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, while supporting with global people projects. This role balances hands‑on HR administration with creative and logistical support for onboarding, engagement initiatives and HR projects.

    How you will contribute:

    • Coordinate all onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
    • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of company events.
    • Manage the Intranet (Viva), including group setup, access management, and day‑to‑day support.
    • Serve as Degreed (LMS) champion, supporting employees with platform use and monitoring learning completion.
    • Coordinate internal surveys, track participation, and compile insights for HR review.
    • Participate in monthly engagement and learning calls, cascading key initiatives to the HR team.
    • Coordinate mandatory learning and compliance campaigns, including communications, tracking, and reporting.
    • Support recruitment activities and the attraction of future McQueen talent.
    • Provide HR operations support, including Workday updates (data changes, reporting lines, new positions), PO/invoice processing, and maintaining trackers.
    • Deliver ad‑hoc HR support, including reporting, minute‑taking for local ER matters, and designing toolkits/guides for HR platforms and processes.

    Required Skills:

    • Experience operating in a fast-paced organisation and meet deadlines
    • Experience of digital platforms such as Workplace, intranets, LMS desirable but not essential
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships
    • Ability to multitask, prioritise and coordinate key projects
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Previous HR experience highly desirable
